We may receive your name, contact details, property information, correspondence, appointment details, photographs and information you choose to provide. The website form prepares an email in your own email application and does not store its contents.

How information is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver inspections, produce reports, communicate about appointments, maintain business and financial records, and meet legal obligations. The usual lawful bases are taking steps before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate business interests.

Sharing information

Information may be shared where necessary with service providers, professional advisers, contractors involved in an agreed service, payment or accounting providers, insurers, regulators or public authorities. Personal information is not sold.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed. Inspection reports, contract, invoice and transaction records may be retained for the periods required by tax, insurance and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information.
