Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or preferred date does not confirm a booking or create a contract. Availability, scope, property access, fees, payment, cancellation arrangements and deliverables will be agreed separately in writing before the inspection.

Inspection scope

An inspection is a visual review limited to the agreed scope, accessible areas and conditions on the day. It cannot identify every concealed defect and does not replace statutory approvals, specialist investigations, warranty inspections, legal advice or a building survey unless expressly agreed in writing.

Reports and decisions

Reports record observations made within the agreed scope. Customers should raise findings with their developer or an appropriate professional. Willsys does not claim NHQB or NHBC approval, certification or affiliation.
